Do I have to be at home to receive my delivery?

We are a traditional milkman so all of our deliveries are done before 7.30am. We will leave your delivery at your front door try to hide it from passers-by. If you leave delivery instructions when placing your order we would more than happy to leave your order in a safe place, we will follow your instructions, but it will be at your own risk for any theft.

If I am unhappy with my order or the quality of a product, how do I raise a complaint?

Please contact us at hello@raidairies.com  You may be required to send a picture of the product if your complaint relates to the product quality.

 

Any complaints must be made on the day of receiving the goods in order to receive a credit.  Complaints made after this will be reviewed but might not be able to be refunded.

What time will my order be delivered?

All of our deliveries are made before 7.30am.

What are your delivery days?

Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday before 7.30am. Delivery to Gravesend and surrounding areas. Call or email to set up a weekly order.

How do I make changes to my order?

The quickest and easiest way to make any changes are by emailing us at hello@raidairies.com.

Do you deliver to offices and business?

Yes we can set up an account for any local business. You would need to contact us via email or phone.

Online account

We are working on an online system where you would be able to place/amend orders and make payments. We are hoping to launch this by the end of January 2021.

Do you deliver to flats?

At this moment in time we do not deliver to flats. This is because we deliver in the early hours of the morning and access will be an issue.
